Wispr Flow-style dictation without the subscription. Hold a shortcut, talk, let go: Hush transcribes what you said, cleans it up (fillers gone, self-corrections applied, punctuation fixed) and pastes it where your cursor is. Speech-to-text runs on your own computer, so it stays private by default.

What I built
- Local speech-to-text with Whisper, plus cleanup that runs locally or on Claude for smarter results
- Cleanup that reads the room: it uses on-screen context to fix names and match the app, from chat to email to AI prompts
- Command mode to rewrite selected text by voice, plus a personal dictionary, snippets and style rules
- A notetaker that writes meeting transcripts, summaries and action items, and insights like words per minute and time saved
